I like to make pulled pork for large crowds or during the winter months. I turn the leftover pork into soup and freeze the soup for fast lunches.

  1. Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the crockpot
  2. Rub the tenderloin all over with the spice mixture then place in the crockpot on low for 8 to 10 hours. Enjoy!
