Pulled pork is great for serving a large crowd. I like to buy a few different sauces to change up the flavor. In the winter we make pulled pork in our crock pot but in the summer we take the time to smoke it.
I like to put the leftovers on a salad or turn the meat into soup and freeze it for fast lunches. I freeze it using 1 cup ice cube trays. If you are new to freezing to prevent waste check out our article on using ice cube trays to store foods.
