Herb Crusted Potatoes

Perfect Herb Roasted Potatoes. Add the seasonings that I suggest or make up your own combination.

One of my favorite sides is roasted potatoes. It is perfect with almost any type of meat. The best part is you can season the potatoes with whatever flavors you like! I first found this recipe in my taste of home cookbook but  you can also find it online.

If you have zero ingredients then this recipe will cost about $10.31 as of May 2022.

I do not include salt and pepper in the cost of this recipe.

Recipe serves: 4

Serving size: 1 cup

Equipment needed: 1 sheet pan

Total time: 45 minutes

Equipment

There is no doubt that the most used piece of equipment in my house is a sheet pan. I use them for roasting vegetables, baking, and transporting food to and from the grill.

I use a kitchen scale for everything. Weighing potatoes, fruit, baking, packaging meat, etc. If you don’t have one they are worth the extra space on your counter or in a cabinet. You will be surprised how often it comes in handy.

Let's grocery shop!

I do not include salt and pepper because I assume it is already in your pantry.
