Slow Cooked Pork Tacos

This is a great taco recipe that will feed a lot of people with very little effort.

The dried apricots were such a surprise in this recipe but I thought why not give it a try and I am glad I did. I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Cookbook but you can also find it online

  2. Place the crockpot on low for 8 – 10 hours. 
  3. Chop all the toppings and serve on tortilla. Enjoy!
