Slow Cooked Pork Tacos

Slow Cooked Pork Tacos with salsa verde and dried apricots is a must serve on taco night. This is a wonderful fix it and forget it meal!

Slow Cooked Pork Tacos are the perfect taco night dinner. I put everything in the crock pot in the morning then run off to work. At night I need to chop up some toppings or top my salad with the pork mixture.

I like to use sliced pork loin in this recipe if I can’t find sirloin pork chops. I have found any cut of pork works for this recipe.

The dried apricots were such a surprise in this recipe but I thought why not give it a try and I am glad I did. I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Cookbook but you can also find it online
