Italian Turkey Sausage and Vegetables

I love crock pot meals and this is a great one. The pot is full of vegetables and served in one bowl. You can interchange the vegetables to your taste.

  1. Brown the turkey sausage 2 minutes per side then add them to the crock pot. 
  2. Set the crock pot on low and cook for 4 hours or until turkey is 165°. 
  3. Slice the turkey into pieces and stir together. Serve with cheese. Enjoy!
