1.5 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1/2 clove garlic |
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/8 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt, divided |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
- Gather all of your ingredients and measuring tools
- Wash all the produce.
- Mince 1/2 garlic clove
- In a small bowl whisk vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Give the dressing a taste if it is too bitter whisk in 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Adjust dried ingredients to your taste.

- In a medium bowl add:
- Chopped tomatoes (bite size pieces)
- Chopped cucumber (bite size pieces)
- Kalamata olives sliced in half length wise
- Thinly sliced green onion (white and greens)
- Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt
