Gilled Pork Steak

Grilled pork steak is simple to make and pairs well with any sauce and side dish such as pasta salads, potatoes, or vegetables.

Grilled Pork Steak is a summer food I grew up eating. We either smother the pork steak in bbq sauce and cook for 1 – 2 minutes per side so the sauce is nice and gooey or serve it plain with sauce on the side.
