Grilled Blackened Chicken

This blackened chicken is full of flavor. Once you get the grill temperature where you need it to be the flavors just meld together as they cook.

This blackened spice rub is really tasty, try it out from our article on homemade spice blends. You probably have the majority of the spices in your cupboard already. I am not a huge fan of buying the pre-blended spice mixes because we already have the spices we need to create them. If I bought a new spice blend every time I wanted to makes something my spice rack would be out of control.
