Lemon Herb Roasted Cauliflower

Lemon Herb Roasted Cauliflower is packed full of fresh flavors such lemon, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. I serve this side with a variety of meats.

Lemon Herb Roasted Cauliflower is one of our favorite side dishes. I love roasted vegetables and we have them with almost every dinner. Lately we have really enjoyed roasted cauliflower. This dish is also great if you add radishes cut in half.

I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Healthy Cooking 2018 Annual Recipes Cookbook.
