Strawberry Walnut Salad and Vinaigrette

Strawberry Walnut Salad and Vinaigrette is the perfect salad when strawberries are ripe. I love all the mixed greens and the vinaigrette.

Strawberry Walnut Salad and Vinaigrette is the perfect summer salad when strawberries are at their peak. You can interchange any nut you like in this salad. I like to buy nuts when they are on sale and freeze them in 1 cup portions.

I do not like goat cheese so I tend to leave that off or substitute it for fresh mozzarella.

I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Healthy Cooking 2012 Annual Recipes Cookbook.
