Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken is a must try if you like buffalo sauce. I love that I can put this on to cook at lunch and know dinner is done.

Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken is perfect if you love spicy hot sauce and garlic. I love the simplicity of this dish and the flavors are well balanced. I like that you can cook the potatoes and the chicken in the same crockpot making this an amazing fix it and forget it dish.

Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken is perfect if you are at home mid day but are going to have a busy afternoon. Simply toss the ingredients in the crock pot and you have a delicious dinner ready and waiting for you.

Serving size:

  • 4 oz chicken
  • 1 potato

Total time: 4 -5 hours

I am assuming you have salt and pepper and do not add it into the recipe total cost.

Pantry & Spices

  • onion powder
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing

Grocery

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bag potatoes
  • 1 jar franks red sauce

Let's prep!

Let's cook!

  1. Complete the prep from the prep tab above. 
  2. Place potatoes stacked one on top of the other to one side of the crock pot. 
  3. Add the chicken to the other side of the crock pot. Be sure to get all of the hot sauce from the bowl over the chicken. 
  4. Turn the crock pot on low for 4 – 5 hours. 
  5. Serve chicken on top of the potato with more hot sauce or dressing if desired. Enjoy!
