I like this recipe because it adds beans to supplement the meat. Beans are so good for you and I try to cook with them multiple times a week. Try serving this dish with homemade garlic parmesan bread.
I originally found this recipe in my taste of home cookbook but you can also find it online. I altered it a little to add more tomatoes and less spice.

|3 cans tomato and green chili|
|1 can diced tomato|
|2 cans kidney beans|
|2 cups water|
|1 medium onion|
|1 medium pepper|
|1/4 cup red wine vinegar|
|2 tablespoons chili powder|
|1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce|
|2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules|
|1 teaspoon dried basil|
|1 teaspoon dried parsley|
|1 teaspoon ground cumin|
|1/4 teaspoon pepper|
|2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni|
- Place crock-pot on low for 5-6 hours
- Add 2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni; cover and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until macaroni is cooked. Enjoy!
