Beefy Tomato Rice Skillet is a very quick fix on a busy weeknight. I don’t usually cook with condensed soup but in a pinch it can add flavor to a lot of meals. I found this recipe in my Taste of Home Healthy Cooking 2012 Annual Recipes Cookbook.
